After a busy week I'm glad that it's finally weekend!!
This week I've been working a lot, catching up with friends, quilting at the bee, running errands, finishing two more chair cushions, doing a biblestudy and I bought myself a lovely magazine and some more fabric!

I've been telling myself that I have more than enough fabric, but at the quilt bee in September I fell in love with this cute brown with pink flowers. Last time I couldn't help myself and I bought it anyway! I chose a matching brown and some pom-pom ribbon to go with it. It would make a lovely pillow, don't you think?

In my last post I showed you one of my new chair cushions. I finished two more this week!! Only three more to go!

One of those cushions worked out so well that I decided to submit it to Celebrate Color!

A new (short!) project! This afternoon I decided to decorate a small notebook and my calendar.

Both have advertisements on there. I didn't like that, so I cut out some nice pictures from magazines and a few ribbons. I glued those pictures on the front of my notebook and on the calendar.

The results are pretty good! Glue all over my fingers, a pretty notebook on my desk and a nice calendar on my kitchen wall!
