Thanks to all the people participating in the sew mama sew giveaway! I received so many ideas for new quilts.

Yay, I'm participating the Sew mama sew giveaway! I'll be giving away this little quilted wall hanging. It measures 42 cm by 42 cm (16.5 inch).

To participate, all you have to do is to give me ideas for new quilts! Leave a comment before May 25. If you do, be sure to leave a link to a website with a lovely quilt pattern and leave your e-mail address.

On May 26 I'll pick a winner with and before the 31st I'll be more than happy to send it to any place in the world!

The winner is nr. 77 Suzanne:
That quilt would look awesome in DD's bedroom! Thanks for the chance to win!
What to quilt next? um How about a Chinese coin quilt? with a couple applique bugs for a summer picnic quilt?

Congratulations! Thanks to everyone who participated and gave me new ideas for the next quilt.

This week it occurred to me that in the things I do, I don't always trust God. There are so many situations when I don't know what to do and I tend to forget to ask for Gods help. He knows just what I need. My Lord Jesus Himself said that in Mat 6: 31-34.

Driving home from work, this song playing on the radio reminded me of His greatness and of the fact that whatever is going on in my life, God is so much bigger and can and wants to help me. That doesn't mean that everything will be all right, but He'll be with me and I can trust Him.

From top to bottom project #3, #2 and #1

Remember my husbands quilt I told you about last time. I decided not to throw it away, but to wash it and fix the ugly parts.

This is project #3 that I started... I suppose that I have to finish these three first and then start a few new projects! Does anyone else have those problems of starting too many sewing projects?

I'm sorry I don't post as much as I would like to do, but these 3 quilts and all the plants that are coming up in my garden (lettuce, strawberries, sunflowers) are taking up so much of my time.
